AI 숏폼 프로젝트
경기콘텐츠진흥원의 ‘2025년 K-콘텐츠 IP 융·복합 제작 지원 중소 IP 도약 사업’에 선정된 본 프로젝트는, 한국 만화계를 대표하는 두 거장 길창덕의 『꺼벙이』와 고우영의 『서유기』를 AI 기술을 활용한 숏폼 애니메이션으로 제작하고, 이를 네이버 컷츠를 통해 서비스하는 IP 비즈니스 프로젝트이다.
기술의 발전과 진화하는 플랫폼 환경에 맞춰, 검증된 한국 만화 IP를 새로운 형식으로 재해석함으로써 새로운 독자층과의 접점을 확대하고, 이를 통해 지속 가능한 가치 창출을 목표로 한다.
현재 『서유기』 50화, 『꺼벙이』 600화의 숏폼 애니메이션 제작을 완료하였으며, 네이버 컷츠를 통해 서비스 중이다.

Selected for the 2025 K-Content IP Convergence Production Support Program (SME IP Growth Track) organized by the Gyeonggi Content Agency, this project is an IP business initiative that transforms two landmark works of Korean comics—Gil Chang-deok’s Kkeobungi and Ko Woo Young’s Journey to the West—into AI-powered short-form animation series, distributed via Naver Cuts.
By reinterpreting proven Korean comics IP in response to technological advancement and the evolving platform ecosystem, the project aims to expand points of contact with new audiences and create sustainable cultural and commercial value.
To date, 50 episodes of Journey to the West and 600 episodes of Kkeobungi have been completed and are currently available on Naver Cuts.

서유기 펀딩
원화 전체 분실로 인해 복간이 어려웠던 만화 『서유기』를 타계 20주기 리마스터 한정판으로 와디즈에서 3,528% 펀딩 성공.
오리지널 흑백 백묘판과 채색 담채판의 2가지로 우석출판사 발행 당시 3권 짜리였던 것을 584쪽 단권으로 재편집했으며 만화책의 판형을 키우고 양장본으로 리마스터. 양장본 펀딩 후 보급판 『서유기』는 2권으로 복간.

Originally published as three volumes by Wooseok Publishing, the work was re-edited into a single 584-page volume, with an expanded format and a hardcover remastering. Following the hardcover funding campaign, a two-volume standard edition was subsequently released.

Guan Yu & Red Hare Edition Traditional Liquor
In collaboration with Ko Woo Young Co., Ltd., Daedong Yeojudo, and Yesan Apple Wine, a limited-edition traditional liquor was released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Ko Woo Young’s passing and to welcome the upcoming Year of the Red Horse (2026).
The product was launched as a Daily Shot exclusive limited edition on December 19, 2025, with the first production run selling out completely within three days.
Character Bible
The Character Bible serves to organize and safeguard the consistent identity, value, and rights of the characters from Ko Woo Young’s comics. It was developed as a foundational resource to systematically document the artist’s creative universe and to support the expansion of character IP based on the various projects and business activities carried out by Ko Woo Young Co., Ltd.
